Dalian as a city that attracts many tourist, again, provide a festival that will satisfy everyone needs.
The 17th China International Beer Festival will be held at the Xinghai Square in Dalian, a port city of Northeastern China’s Liaoning Province, July 30 to August 10 2015.
The 12-day beer festival will attract more than 30 domestic and overseas brewers presenting over 400 different kinds of beer brands.
At the same time, more than 500 characteristic snacks from Taiwan, Hong Kong, Beijing, Sichuan province, Hubei province, Guangdong province and Dalian will also be presented during the event.
The investment promotion for the event has been almost finished at present, according to the beer festival committee.
The festival will also set up eight exits and entrances, 12 ticket booths, 6 police affairs stations, as well as over 100 warning signs and guiding signs, offering convenient services to the tourists from home and abroad.
Dalian Beer Festival’s opening ceremony will start at 7.30 pm on July 30th at Xinghai Square, and will last 30 minutes. Activities of the Beer Festival Opening Ceremony include a stage performance, a ceremonial beer cask opening, a fireworks show, a festival flag raising, and festive singing. Guests from China and abroad will participate in the ceremony, and about 300,000 tourists are expected to join in the festival.
Activities of the Beer Festival include exhibitions by beer manufacturers, a beer disco plaza, a beer culture exhibition, a beer drinking contest, a photography contest, the Beer Industry Summit, and a Beer Quiz
