The entire fountain will have a background of the sea and the beautiful International Conference Center, showing the sea style and waves of melody. The fountain and the water pillar is divided into four genre: spring affair, summer night, autumn and winter dreams. Even though every chapter will have their differences, each will still give reflection of flowers, sea, water, fire and love.
Not just four group of fountain that will give entertainment, but also the music that will have a strong style. There will be three types of music accompanying the fountain (classical, folk music and song). The song that chosen will have a long range sound system to match the fountain color and movement. At night, the speed of music will change and light will be added to the fountain in order to provide a magnificent laser light fountain.
Winter Plan for Ice Rink
During spring and summer, Dalian plans to provide fountain and pond. While there will be only fountain in autumn. However, in winter, it plans to have a large ice rink. Dalian city plans to always provide entertainment for everyone!
