Chongguang Department Store is operated by the Lifestyle International Group (Chinese: 利福國際集團), which continues Sogo’s operations in Hong Kong after Sogo’s bankruptcy,
Jiu-Guang is the only Japanese-style shopping center in Dalian, so you’ll find a lot of fashionable Japanese brands here. Check out women’s clothing on the third and fourth floor, and men’s and outdoor clothing on the fifth. This is also the place to be if you love Japanese food, with restaurants on the ninth floor.
