General Job Description:
- Ideal candidates will deliver Customer Relationship Management(CRM) client-based end user training effectively and successfully following adult learning methodology and utilizing a variety of delivery technologies
- Instructor will be trained in Dalian in English for 5 days before flying to Indonesia to do on-site training for end user for about 3 days
- Net income will be around 5,000RMB (flight and accommodation in Indonesia will be provided)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and deliver CRM courses to meet the needs of learners
- Evaluate users level of knowledge and experience in order to tailor training appropriately
- Work closely with the Instructional Design Team to adapt training plans/ materials / lesson plans / exercises to best support the pre-deployment training of a particular site
- Deliver instructor-led training as part of a team (lead trainer /co-trainer) or independently
- Evaluate training feedback and develop recommendations to assist in the continuous improvement of training content and delivery
- Act as a liaison with ad hoc team members such as partner vendors and clients if needed
- Travel domestically and internationally in support of training needs
Requirements:
- Must possess one or more of the following:
- CRM software training experience (Veeva, Siebel, etc.)
- In-depth experience with the pharmaceutical and/or life sciences industry
- Flexibility to travel as needed
- Expertise in delivering distance learning using WebEx and/or other web-based collaboration tools
Knowledge/Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual/Multilingual: Fluent In English (spoken and written) and one or more of
