The first time I came in touch with hip-hop dance was when I was in the 8th grade. After graduating middle school, I started to passionately learn hip-hop dance, and since then my dancing skills improved drastically.

Впервые я близко узнал об уличных танцах, когда учился в 8 классе. 

После окончания средней школы на каникулах я как сумасшедший тренировался, мой уровень с того времени сильно вырос.

During the two years when I was 17 and 18, I entered many dancing competitions and won many of them. I reached a point of my teenage life where I finally found the courage to show off my talents and was actually good at it. However, I started to learn about HIP-HOP culture more thoroughly, and the idea I once had about dancing -to perform only in order to show off my skills- slowly changed. Now, my dancing style becomes clearer and clearer over time, and I started to understand what I actually want.

В 17 и 18 лет я получил множество наград, это было время, когда я особенно хотел показать себя. В 19 лет я начал больше изучать культуру Хип Хопа. Со временем мое сильное желание показать все, на что я способен медленно менялось. Я знал, чего действительно хочу.

I still remember when I first started to learn hip-hop dance, I slept in dance studios on Fridays and Saturdays. My monthly pocket money was also spent on competitions and classes taught by dance masters. At that time, I was learning dance movements through online videos, so I would be very excited whenever there was a great dancer willing to teach me in real life.

Я помню, когда я только начинал учиться уличным танцам, каждую пятницу и субботу я ночевал прямо в студии. Все деньги на месячные затраты я тратил на участие в соревнованиях и мастер-классы. Я часто смотрел в интернете видео с уличными танцами. 

The development of hip-hop dance in China gets better over time. Today, all kinds of videos, from dancing competition footages to dancing tutorial videos instructed by dancing masters, can be found easily on the internet, and I feel like it’s a big shame if dancers don’t to use all those materials as learning sources. There are also more and more parents enrolling their children in hip-hop dance courses -I personally have had several very talented students-, however, they are often too burdened with schoolwork, so they don’t have enough time to practice dancing more seriously.

Сейчас уличные танцы все больше и больше развиваются, можно найти множество видео с баттлов, а также видео с мастер-классов именитых танцоров, все это можно найти в интернете. Хотя я знаю многих танцоров, которые не пользуются всеми доступными ресурсами. Сейчас также много родителей, которые приводят своих детей на тренировки, у меня было несколько очень талантливых учеников, но у них не было достаточно времени для занятия танцами.

I’ve have always had this big dream about dancing. I dream that one day, through my hard work, I will be able to represent China in world-class dancing stages. Even though today this dream feels so far away, I believe that if I continue working hard and being determined, it will gradually get closer and closer.

Танцы - всегда были моей мечтой. Я мечтаю, что однажды я буду представлять свою страну на мировых танцевальных площадках. Несмотря на то, что этот день еще так далек, я верю, что нужно упорно идти вперед, работать над собой каждый день, и моя мечта будет все ближе и ближе.

Just this year's January 8th night, my brother DB Studio Ah Wei has won the “Locking” group title at “2018JusteDebout China Division”, and will represent China in France. I am very excited at the moment he won, and also sincerely happy for this brother. And, of course, that night our friends in the circle burst with excitement…

Therefore, I have to firmly believe in my dream and have to chase it. No matter what the final result is, I must work hard for it.
