This restaurant is recommended by a friend. He said, this restaurant has been there ever since he was little, and until today, it has operated for more than 20 years. Because of his recommendation, we decided to go and try it out. When entering the restaurant, we noticed that there were many senior citizens eating there, generally they had a bowl of soup and a tray of shaomai (steamed open dumplings). At the first sip, we immediately realized how rich the soup was. The taste and aroma of the soup was just perfect, and there was an adequate amount of beef in it. The beef chunks were also very tender.
Besides beef soup, the restaurant's mutton soup (15RMB) is also one of the most popular menu. But because of our excitement towards the beef soup rose up at the moment we saw it coming to our table, we decided to keep the mutton soup for our next visit.
第一次喝牛筋汤，真的很醇厚，香的恰到好处，里面的牛筋和牛肉量很足，软嫩弹牙，特别好吃，小编一共喝了两碗汤^ ^
除了牛筋汤，店里的羊杂汤卖的也非常火，15元一碗，因为这次奔着牛筋汤来的，下次再去品尝一下羊汤。

If you search for the restaurant through the internet, don't be surprised if the name "Yutai (裕泰)" shows up when it's clearly written as "Yuqin (裕秦)" at the restaurant door. It is said the restaurant was first registered as "Yutai (裕泰)", and then because of internal reasons the name was changed to "Yuqin (裕秦)". Although, many people in Dalian refer this restaurant as “Old Yutai”. First opened more than 20 years ago, its featured menu including Mutton Soup and Mutton Xiaomai have become its customers' favourites.
