A thousand man party

千人终极聚会party 

This event is jointly organized by the City Pass, Oscar Bar and Utopia Parties.

这次活动由城市印记发起奥斯卡酒吧与乌托邦轰趴联合举办

Schedule:

15:00-17:00    10 buses will pick people up from the picking up spot to the venue from 3pm to 5pm. The journey is about 30 mins long.

16:00-17:00     Water balloon fight

17:00-17:30    BBQ & resting time

17:30-18:30    Thousand man water gun fight   

18:30-19:30    Drinking competition (with prize)

19:30-21:00    Water gun electric music party

21:00-22:30    Color Powder electric music party

21:30-23:00    Event over. People will be led by the staff  and take the bus to return to the Hong Qi West Road subway station. Those who need to leave early can go to the front desk and the staff will arange it.

22:30-00:00    Those who want to stay overnight can buy tents on site. Cheap night snacks will be served.

16:00-17:00    水球大战

17:00-17:30    烧烤休息时间

17:30-18:30    千人水枪对抗赛

18:30-19:30    尬酒挑战万元终极大奖赛

19:30-21:00    水枪电音趴

21:00-22:30    彩粉电音趴

21:30-23:00    活动结束。小伙伴们由工作人员带领乘坐大巴离场回到红旗西路地铁站，需要提前离场的小伙伴到门口由工作人员安排。

22:30-00:00    需要帐篷住宿的小伙伴到住宿区帐篷住宿需活动现场购买价格不贵还有夜宵吃

40+ water balloons per person

Outdoor venue fee, stage set-up costs (light and sound equipment etc.)

Equipment package (water guns, goggles, raincoats, color powder, random four-color T-shirts, bracelets and waterproof bags)
