Landing visas for Chinese tourists in Myanmar

缅甸对中国游客实施落地签

From October 1st 2018, Myanmar will implement a landing visa policy for Chinese tourists. Following the United Arab Emirates visa-free (effective on January 16), Albania limited time visa-free (April 1 - October 31), Bosnia and Herzegovina visa-free (effective on May 29) and the Russian World Cup conditional visa-free (June 4th - July 15th), the Chinese passport can now go to more places. Chinese tourists do not need to carry a Myanmar invitation letter and only need a Chinese passport. In addition, the Myanmar government is also preparing to set up "Alipay Payment" and "WeChat Payment" hardware at the Customs to make it easier for Chinese tourists to pay visa fees.

自2018年10月1日起，缅甸将对中国游客实行落地签政策。这也是今年继阿联酋免签（1月16日生效）、阿尔巴尼亚限时免签（4月1日-10月31日）、波黑免签（5月29日生效）和俄罗斯世界杯期间有条件免签（6月4日-7月15日）之后，对中国护照持有者的又一重大利好。中国游客无需携带缅方邀请函、邀请单位注册证明等繁琐的资料，只需要一本中国护照，就可以在抵达缅甸国际机场之后办理落地签并入境。除此之外，缅甸政府还准备在海关设置“支付宝支付”和“微信支付”的硬件，方便中国游客缴纳签证费。
