After you join this event, you'll be able to understand more about coffee. There will be three days of training classes and three days of tests. The test will evaluate your ability in cupping, sensory, and distinguishing specialty coffee.
The course instruction will be in English and Chinese, so everyone can join this event. The instructor is Timothy Heinze. He is a coffee professional who has been working across the entire coffee supply chain for the last 10 years. He is CQI certified Q processing and Q Arabica Grader instructor, and an SCA AST.
