Passengers can now check their flight status by simply scanning the barcodes printed on their boarding passes via Wechat's "Scan QR Code". The flight status information includes: planned departure time, boarding time, estimated arrival time, boarding gate, destination weather conditions, etc. In the process, Wechat is not allowed and will not take any of the passengers' information, to ensure the safety of the passengers' privacy.

近日，南方航空与微信联合推出登机牌条形码微信“扫一扫”功能。旅客若想知道航班状态，扫描登机牌的条形码即可得知。航班状态信息包括：计划起飞时间、登机时间、到达时间、登机口、出发地及目的地天气状况等。所有航班状态均由南航直接提供，信息准确、真实、高效等。同时，微信不允许抓取旅客信息，保证了旅客资料安全。
