1) Register and classify received Incidents & Service requests via email, phone.
2)Review classification (type, description, priority) for assigned Service Requests and Tickets.
1)Native speaker of German or Spanish.
2) Bachelor degree or above.
3) 2 years working experience at least.
4)Willing to have long term career development in Dalian
5)The candidate could meet the government regulations on z visa applications. The employer will take care of z visa issues
