Hi, the company I work for is looking to significantly expand it's software development team here in Dalian (currently 100 people) and I'm looking for recruiters or recruitment companies who may be able to assist with us understanding the types and levels of skills available in Dalian and what we can expect salary ranges to be. 

The types of people we are looking to hire are Dalian locals (or those wanting to move back to Dalian) with an education in computer programing or science. They need an average level of English speaking/reading/writing as they'd be working as part of a global team and in some case be comfortable in communicating with some of our global clients.
